Venkatesh charges roughly between 4 to 6 crores per movie. He is considered as one of the most richest actors of tollywood. According to Forbes, his estimatedwealth is in upwards of 550 crore Indian Rupees. Venkatesh owens a lavish house near Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad. He also owns several houses in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Los Angeles.

He is close associates with the Ambani Family and often makes an appearence in their faimily events.

The actor is recently told to be investing several crores in real estate business in Dubai.
Venkatesh is one of the reigning stars in South India.

Daggubati Venkatesh was born on 13th December 1960 in Karamchedu, India. Victory Venkatesh, as he is known among his fans, is the producer D.Rama Naidu’s son. He has a brother D. Suresh Babu who along with his father runs Suresh Productions, a production company.

Venkatesh holds an MBA degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, USA.

His wife’s name is Neeraja and they have four children Arjun, Aashritha, Hayavahini and Bhavana.

Venkatesh’s debut movie was Kaliyuga Pandavulu (1986) which starred Khushboo. It won him the Nandi Award for Best New Actor. In 1988, he was seen as a painter in Swarnakamlam with Bhanupriya. Prema (1989) won him the Filmfare Best Actor Award.

He had another major hit in Bobbili Raja (1989) with debutante Divya Bharati. He made some notable performances in movies like Coolie No.1 (1991), Kshana Kshanam (1991), Sundara Kanda (1992), Chanti (1992) and Dharma Chakram (1996).

Jayam Manade Raa (2000) with Soundarya was a high grosser and Venkatesh won the Filmfare Best Actor Award. Sankranthi (2005) was successful and his performance was recognized with the Santosham Best Actor Award. He won another Santosham Best Actor Award for his performance as Ganesh in Aadavari Matalaku Arthalu Verule (2006) who is unemployed.

He will be starring in a remake of Bollywood movie A Wednesday with Kamal Hasan. His other release in 2009 is Krishnam Vande Jagathgurum.
